The Artic Accelero Xtreme IV provides Unmatched Cooling Performance. It truly is a beast of an air cooler for keeping your temps down or for extreme overclocking of your graphics card. The ARCTIC Accelero Xtreme IV Graphics card cooler can cool cards with up to 300 Watts; which is a majority of graphics cards, besides super high end cards. It also comes with three 92 mm PWM fans and the pre-applied MX-4 thermal compound to ensure efficient cooling and helping you save your card from dangerous hotspots. even under overclocking
The Arctic Cooler is extremely quiet with any fan curve even when under a pretty heavy load. The cooler is not exactly aesthetically pleasing but the design & fans work great! The instructions are really simple to follow & install. The major issue is the wait time for the thermal glue to fully adhere which takes about 60 minutes of total time. Within the mixture of two chassis fans and the CPU fan, I can barely make out which fan tone belongs to the GPU fans.
The hardest part about this installation was the removal of the stock cooler. Every graphics card is different, but expect to fight your graphics card just a little bit while trying to install this card. Also, don’t make the mistake many other people do by not testing the fans before the installation in case they are defective! This ensures that you do not have to go through the whole setup process again.
